Electric Vehicle EV Battery Temperature Sensor
Product Description:
This product is an EV Battery Temperature Sensor designed for surface temperature measurement, primarily used in the battery control systems of electric vehicles (EVs). The sensor features an NTC thermistor mounted in an eyelet tag (ring lug), paired with insulated flexible wire (XLPE insulated wire UL4411 125℃ & UL4413 150℃) and terminals. It has a rated resistance value of R25℃ = 10kΩ and a beta value of B25/85 = 3435k, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature monitoring for EV battery systems.
Features：
EV Battery Temperature Sensor complies for RoHS standards. The operating temperature range is -40℃~125℃(UL4411 22AWG)and -40℃~150℃(UL4413 22AWG). It has good and long-term stability, sensing element electrically isolated from tag and Eyelets to fit M3, M4/M5 screw sizes.
Application：
EV Battery Temperature Sensor is applied for EV/HEV Bus Bars, Battery Covers and Power Distribution.
