Reliability test: Water resistance test: The sensor is placed in 70℃ water for 100 hours,△B & △R25≤±3%.
Power-on life test: The sensor is stored in an environment with 95% humidity and 60℃ temperature,
and the voltage DC 5V series 10kΩ resistor is added for 1000 hours,△B & △R25≤±3%.
Water resistance test: the sensor is placed in 95~100 ℃ of water, energized DC 5V series 10kΩ
resistance, and placed for 22 hours,△B & △R25≤±3%.
Durability test: The sensor is placed in a test chamber and subjected to 42d (1000h) test at a
temperature of 55±2℃ and dissipated power of Pmax,△B & △R25≤±3%.
Tensile test: in the leading direction of the wire, apply 14.7N (1.5KG) tensile force for 1 minute, and
the resin and wire are bonded without cracking, deformation or damage.
Landing test: at the height of 1 meter, let the product do free fall movement, fall to the 10mm thick
oak plate, 5 times, no visible damage.
Terminal holding force≥20N, terminal crimping strength≥29.4N.
