Jingpu has a calibration and testing laboratory following quality standards and equipment with tracked calibrations to guarantee the quality of the products developed by the company.
Temperature Calibration and Quality Inspection
Our laboratory has the most modern and high-precision equipment to carry out temperature testing and calibration.
The available instruments include testing stations, testing devices, thermal baths, air-conditioned ovens, thermal plates and temperature and tread plates and temperature and thread calibrators, all with periodic certification by laboratories accredited by INMETRO according to the criteria of ISO/IEC 9001:2008
We recently implemented automation 4.0 with network communication for all instruments resulting in precise calibration efficiency. We have a technical team made up of qualified instrumentation technicians and quality analysts, certifying to our customers the quality of products when released from our company.
We carry out traceable calibration services in the measurement range by comparison from -40℃ to +150℃, and by simulation from -40℃ to +300℃, depending on the temperature and procedure.
We have started the process for laboratory accreditation at INMETRO with certification expected in July 2023.
Traceability is essential
The manufacturing record on our sensors guarantees the warranty period offered and quality monitoring until the end of its useful life, allowing problems to be resolved quickly or even avoided completely. They also facilitate subsequent replacement of the sensor by recording the printed code. JP offers the service of customizing the customer's brand when engraving their products.
